Description
The Compounding Department Operator supports sanitation, pre-weighing, batching, and processing activities in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing equipment, preparing and measuring raw materials, formulating bulk materials, operating and monitoring batch processes, using EWM and MES systems, troubleshooting workflow issues, assisting with pilot batches, supporting continuous improvement, and training employees. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent compounding experience, physical ability to lift 50 pounds and haul more than 1,000 pounds, strong math and communication skills, and English proficiency. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with a starting pay rate of $25.96 per hour plus a $0.95 shift differential.
