Description
The Procurement Partnering Lead PT serves as a strategic procurement partner and customer advisor for senior internal business customers at the Holly Springs site. The role develops customer-targeted procurement strategies, supports RFI/RFP and supplier qualification, negotiates pricing and contracts, analyzes spend, manages supplier relationships, supports site start-up activities, and identifies opportunities to improve procurement value and customer outcomes. It requires a university degree, 10+ years of procurement or relevant customer-management leadership experience, Pharma Technical Operations experience, strong stakeholder and negotiation skills, and fluency in English. The position is based in Holly Springs and offers a salary range of $132,000 to $245,000, with a discretionary annual bonus and relocation benefits.
