The HR Specialist will improve Phenom’s AI/ML talent-matching system by annotating job and candidate data, including job skills, and by verifying or correcting system-generated fit scores and candidate matches. The role requires one year of recruitment experience, analytical and JD-screening skills, resilience, rotational-shift availability, and a bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field.
