Phenom is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer III to design and implement machine learning, information extraction, probabilistic matching, and generative AI models; develop scalable AI agents and conversational applications; optimize large-scale algorithms; and collaborate with data, product, and scientific teams. The role requires 4–6 years of industry experience, a PhD, MS, or BTech in a relevant technical field, strong mathematics and coding skills, and proficiency in Java, Python, and Scala.
