Description
Sphinx is hiring a Product Manager – Mission Planning Operations/Ground Terminal Management to lead product direction and execution across multiple Agile development teams for satellite command and control, telemetry, RF terminal management, and mission planning operator workflows. The role serves as the primary advocate for operator user groups, translates operational needs into prioritized software features, owns feature roadmaps and backlogs, coordinates cross-team dependencies, and supports demonstrations and technical documentation. The position is based in Colorado Springs, Chantilly, or El Segundo, requires approximately 30% travel, and offers a base salary of $190,000–$215,000 plus equity, profit sharing, retirement contributions, and fully employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance.
