Description
The employer is hiring a full-time Production Lead Carpenter to oversee the day-to-day execution and management of residential and light commercial remodeling or construction projects. The role leads subcontractors and crew members, serves as the on-site client liaison, coordinates design and production teams, monitors job costs and workflow, and documents progress. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of residential remodeling or construction experience, strong rough and finish carpentry skills, project leadership experience, knowledge of building codes and construction practices, and proficiency with construction software. The schedule is typically Monday through Thursday for 10 hours per day, with a company truck, gas card or mileage, paid time off, and holiday pay.
