Description
RMB Products is hiring a 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead and coordinate second-shift manufacturing employees, oversee production activities such as fabrication, surface preparation, lining, molding, and trimming, and support quality, safety, delivery, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role provides coaching and technical guidance, maintains records, supports Engineering and Sales, and requires on-site work in a plant or warehouse environment. The schedule is 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., with overtime and additional hours outside the range, and the position requires a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing and supervisory experience, computer proficiency, and the ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes.
