Lockheed Martin is seeking an AIR6500 Senior Program Manager to serve as Deputy to the Program Director for a high-strategic corporate focus program fielding a Joint Air Battle Management System for the Royal Australian Air Force. The role manages four interrelated workstreams, aligns with program objectives, oversees budgets, schedules, technical performance, contractual requirements, risks, governance, and executive communications, and leads program management teams. It is an expat assignment based in Adelaide, Australia, with a target start date of January 2027. The position requires at least 10 years of proposal and program management experience, an active Secret clearance, strong leadership and customer relationship skills, and experience with large subcontractors, international programs, command and control, hardware development, agile contracts, complex software, and capture management. The full-time salary range is $164,200 to $305,000, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
