Description

OCH Technologies LLC is hiring a Hybrid Remote Program Manager to serve as the single point of accountability for FAA NASEO Cybersecurity Testing and Directorate Support Services contract performance. The role covers program execution, contract compliance, staffing and subcontractor management, budget and schedule oversight, quarterly program reviews, risk management, and customer satisfaction, supporting FAA operations in Washington, DC/Herndon, VA with occasional travel. The position is contingent upon award and requires extensive government contracting and technical program management experience, a bachelor's degree, and PMP certification.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 15+ years managing technical programs/projects and supervising staff
At least 3 years of government contracting experience
Experience managing T&M and FFP/FFPLOE contracts
Experience leading PMRs, developing CDRLs, and working with government CORs and contracting officers
Experience managing multi-disciplinary cybersecurity or IT services contracts in the federal sector
Preferred Qualifications: ITIL Foundation or higher
Prior FAA contract experience, especially ATO, NASEO, or ACG
Knowledge of FAA AMS procurement processes
Experience with EOS or similar operational frameworks
Experience with contract phase-in and transition activities
Strong organization, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking skills
