Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, management, information technology, engineering, or a related field; four additional years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
Required Previous Experiences: Experience managing complex federal IT programs with multiple integrated workstreams and cross-functional teams
8+ years of program management experience supporting DoD acquisition programs, including complex federal IT delivery, multi-team Agile execution, DevSecOps practices, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and enterprise system integration
Experience working as a Contracting Officer (1102) in the DoD is highly preferred
Experience supporting cloud environments with knowledge of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Experience tracking program metrics, managing priorities, and driving execution for enterprise mission systems
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working as a Contracting Officer (1102) in the DoD
Prior experience supporting Army or DoD contracting systems, Appian-based delivery, and continuous improvement in a multi-organization environment
Appian or low-code platform program delivery experience
