2W Tech is hiring an onsite Program Manager for its Continuous Improvement Program in Pewaukee, Wisconsin. The role owns client relationships and a book of clients, manages Epicor Kinetic, ERP, Microsoft Modern Work, and technology engagements, drives roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks risks and milestones, supports adoption and renewals, and reports progress to clients and leadership. Candidates need at least three years of project, program, or project coordination experience and two years in client service, client success, or account management, with experience in relevant technology ecosystems and strong client-facing communication and planning skills.
