Abacus Technology is hiring a full-time Program Manager to lead and oversee a team of technical professionals supporting the RDT&E Engineering and Technical Support (RETS) program. The role manages staffing, work standards, schedules, performance, risks, corrective actions, problem resolution, process improvements, cost-efficiency, schedule, and quality delivery, while advising the Government on operational and mission-impacting issues. Candidates need extensive defense R&D and technology-program management experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, classified-environment and DoD systems experience, strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, and a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access and SAP eligibility.
