Description
The Program Manager coordinates engineering, sales, quality, manufacturing engineering, and production support teams through new product development and product launch. The role leads concurrent engineering timelines, APQP deliverables, program schedules, budgets, launch KPIs, corrective actions, customer and supplier communication, and technical and labor coordination. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field, 2–5 years of engineering or program management experience, automotive manufacturing experience, and experience launching programs across multiple locations. The position works regularly on the plant shop floor and occasionally in an office, with no direct supervisory responsibility but authority to direct resources across departments and plants.
