CARIAN is hiring a full-time, on-site Program Manager - Electric Distribution in Akron, Ohio, to lead a major electric utility capital program. The role coordinates execution across planning, engineering, procurement, construction, closeout, and turnover; manages budgets, schedules, risks, forecasts, reporting, and multidisciplinary teams; and supports utility leadership and external stakeholders. The position requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with significant utility or infrastructure capital-program experience, and includes periodic travel to utility and project locations.
