Description
Concept Plus is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery of an Oracle eBusiness, OCI-hosted common services program serving more than 80 full-time employees across engineering, DevSecOps, cloud operations, cybersecurity, data management, and AI/ML disciplines. The role owns program governance, workforce staffing, risk, deliverables, operational performance, financial and compliance oversight, subcontractor management, and technology modernization, while serving as the primary liaison between business and technical stakeholders. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of progressive IT program management experience, at least 5 years managing large-scale DoD IT programs as a prime contractor, PMP certification, and an active Secret clearance.
