Description
Karman Space & Defense is hiring a Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and defense programs through development, qualification, production, delivery, and contract completion. The role owns cost, schedule, technical, quality, contractual, and customer objectives; coordinates cross-functional execution; manages risks and program reviews; supports design and test activities; and handles contractual deliverables, proposals, estimates, and follow-on opportunities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business program management, or a related field, at least five years of experience managing complex aerospace, defense, advanced manufacturing, or similar technical programs, and a current DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
