Client Solution Architects (CSA) is hiring a Program Manager to support onsite in Arlington, Virginia for a contingent, contract-award-based federal defense role. The position leads contract execution, manages cost/schedule/technical performance, serves as the primary government interface, oversees risk and reporting, and directs cross-functional teams supporting enterprise IT portfolios. Candidates must have an active Secret clearance, at least 10 years of experience managing complex IT or enterprise support contracts, a PMP certification, and experience with enterprise governance, integration, change management, and portfolio oversight. Preferred qualifications include Navy/DoD IT environment experience, knowledge of DoD acquisition and financial management, RMF/cybersecurity governance, Agile methodologies, and an advanced degree.
