Centene is hiring a remote Program Manager IV to lead large-scale, cross-functional enterprise programs and complex contact-center and telephony platform migrations, including the Avaya-to-AWS Connect transformation. The role manages program planning, scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, executive communications, dashboards, training, and escalation of issues, while coordinating project managers and business analysts. A bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of program or project management experience are required; healthcare or managed-care experience and AWS Connect expertise are preferred. The position pays $87,700 to $157,800 per year and includes health insurance and other benefits.
