The role manages EHS communications, employee engagement, training, documentation, dashboards, metrics, executive reporting, construction medical clinic operations, workers’ compensation, and injury management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, experience managing cross-functional programs in complex multi-site environments, and strong analytical, project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include EHS and construction experience, proficiency with SharePoint, Power BI, learning management systems, and data-driven continuous improvement initiatives.
