Description
Marvell is hiring an Engineering Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of customer-driven custom semiconductor solutions. The role owns the full program lifecycle from initiation and planning through development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release, while managing schedule, quality, cost, risks, stakeholder communications, and program improvements. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 10+ years of experience or a master’s degree with 7+ years, plus at least 5 years of semiconductor program management experience. The expected base pay is $142,490 to $213,500 per year, with bonus and equity plans available.
