The Regional Program Manager/Digitalization Lead enables and accelerates regional manufacturing digitalization while preserving plant ownership of execution. The role supports pilots and early deployments, coordinates regional digital and automation subject-matter experts, scales proven solutions, maintains a rolling execution roadmap, and provides decision-ready recommendations to regional and business-unit leadership. The position partners with plant operations, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, IT, and corporate digital teams, requires travel of approximately 30%, and demands a bachelor’s degree in engineering plus 7+ years of manufacturing, automation, or industrial digitalization experience.
