Eaton is hiring a remote, U.S.-based Program Manager, Microsoft to serve as the customer’s single point of contact for post-order activities on active Microsoft projects. The role manages and supervises project teams, develops Microsoft relationships, supports project management processes and financial improvements, negotiates technical product changes and pricing, manages customer claims, resolves escalations, and recruits and develops project managers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of electrical-industry project management, field sales, or marketing experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and access to a major airport; relocation is unavailable and immigration sponsorship is not offered. The expected annual salary is $129,000–$189,000, with a variable incentive program, and the application window is anticipated to close on August 31, 2026.
