Description
The Program Manager will expand and diversify client service offerings, translate strategic direction into program operations, and manage supplier and contingent workforce programs. Responsibilities include worker classification support, supplier optimization and contract negotiations, supplier scorecards and corrective actions, program reporting, stakeholder and supplier satisfaction monitoring, coaching, market analysis, and project management for program and team development. The role requires strong analytical, communication, leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing contingent programs in Canada and the United States ideally sought.
