Description

CRS is seeking a Program Manager to lead the execution of a Blanket Purchase Agreement supporting a U.S. Combatant Command headquartered at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida, with work spanning multiple OCONUS locations. The role serves as the contractor’s single point of accountability for the first Task Order, providing management, direction, quality assurance, staffing oversight, technical supervision, risk mitigation, Agile delivery coordination, and liaison support to Government stakeholders. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required; ten years of relevant program and project management experience, SCRUM-based execution experience, foreign Host Nation and SOFA experience, and a PMP or PgMP certification are desired.

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications: At least 10 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing methodologies and approaches for projects and programs similar in scope and complexity to this BPA.
Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach, including SCRUM-based execution, for a project or program similar in scope and complexity to this BPA with multiple OCONUS locations assisting Department of War projects.
Experience with foreign Host Nation and Status of Forces Agreement requirements, regulations, and processes within a broad Area of Responsibility.
Project Management Institute Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification.
