Responsibilities include managing milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, resources, governance, IND/CTA readiness, portfolio reporting, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires 6+ years of applicable experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years with a master’s degree, or 2+ years with a PharmD or PhD, along with prior experience in a scientific preclinical or research environment. The annual base salary is $130,800–$179,000, with a 30% target bonus and equity-based long-term incentives.
