Description
Eversource is hiring one Process Improvement Manager to independently lead business process improvement initiatives, analyze and measure current-state processes, identify gaps and root causes, design future-state processes, and implement sustainable improvements. The role uses BPMN 2.0 and SAP Signavio Process Modeling, leads cross-functional workshops, manages project plans and stakeholder engagement, and develops tools and action plans. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least eight years of related process improvement or business process management experience, with extensive process modeling and analysis experience required and SAP Signavio experience preferred. The position is hybrid, may require emergency restoration assignments and travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and offers an annual salary of $122,360 to $135,960.
