Description
The Program Manager for Project Reset will oversee the day-to-day operations of a criminal-court diversion program in Brooklyn, including supervising intake specialists, case managers, temporary staff, and interns; coordinating stakeholders and community partners; managing staffing and caseloads; supporting participant outreach, case management, group programming, referrals, and crisis intervention; and overseeing data, reporting, quality assurance, and training. The role is full-time and in-person, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some evening and weekend hours required, and pays $66,490 to $82,400 annually.
