RSC2 is hiring a full-time, salary-exempt Program Manager Senior in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role supports program and technical acquisition activities, including policy and process development, research, analysis, reporting, risk and audit support, strategic planning, budget and foreign military sales coordination, personnel and administrative management, records management, and liaison activities with auditors and external agencies. The position requires an active Top Secret clearance and 12 years of experience in a related field. Compensation is projected at $107,314–$271,181 annually, contingent on contract award and government funding, with medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement benefits.
