Meta is hiring a Program Manager for its Integrity Risk Assessment team to conduct pre-launch regulatory and user-safety risk assessments for new products and features. The role manages assessment intake, applies regulatory frameworks, produces risk analyses and formal reports, reviews AI-assisted assessment outputs, defends risk positions, and partners with legal, policy, product, and engineering teams. It requires at least six years of relevant experience, hands-on experience with online safety or platform content regulations, and the ability to author assessments that withstand regulatory and external audit scrutiny.
