Restaurant365 is hiring a Program Manager, Talent Programs to manage learning and development and performance management programs from inception through close-out. The role coordinates workstreams, stakeholders, meetings, reporting, risks, and program outcomes across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capabilities, and Learning & Development, while using AI and modern tools to improve efficiency. It is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and travel to one of three offices once or twice per year. The position offers a salary of $85,000 to $105,000 and medical benefits paid 100% for the employee.
