Brooks Automation is hiring a Program Manager (Vacuum Automation) to lead new product introduction programs through product development, design release, prototype and production builds, verification readiness, production ramp, customer shipment, and closure. The role manages schedules, milestones, risks, change requests, cross-functional teams, stakeholder reviews, and program recovery plans, with periodic travel to company, customer, supplier, or manufacturing sites. Candidates need a related bachelor’s degree, at least six years of experience in program management, engineering, product management, or a related field, and experience with hardware product programs and NPI processes; PMP certification is a plus. The position offers a base salary of $132,456.81 to $179,206.28 USD, an annual discretionary bonus, and medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance, with possible in-office and remote work arrangements.
