The role manages strategic projects and programs, including new product development and product line extensions, while leading cross-functional teams, mitigating risk, managing change, communicating with stakeholders, and coordinating geographically dispersed teams in Asia and Europe. The position requires an engineering-related bachelor's degree, at least three years of project or program management experience, and familiarity with project management practices; it offers a base salary of $105,593.46 to $142,861.74 USD, an annual discretionary bonus, and medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
