Rochester Regional Health Home Care is hiring a Program Manager, Workforce Training & Support to lead the Regional Direct Caregiver Training Center and Support Hub. The role manages training program implementation, DOH/SED compliance, grant deliverables, subcontractor oversight, enrollment, data tracking, trainee progression, employer partnerships, and job-readiness support across PCA, HHA, and CNA pathways. It is a 40-hour, Monday-through-Friday position based in Rochester with travel to the Newark area approximately two days per week, and continuation depends on grant funding and program approval.
