Description
HDR is hiring a full-time, on-site Programmer Lead at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The role leads Air Force civil engineering facility programming and installation planning, including Facility AMP management, project authorizations, FSRM and MILCON programming, DOD Form 1391 development, project scope definition, ROM cost estimating, asset management planning, funding documentation, and coordination with USAFA stakeholders and higher headquarters. Candidates need a related bachelor's degree, at least 10 years in the architecture/engineering/construction industry, at least 3 years of Air Force Civil Engineering Squadron programming experience, knowledge of Unified Facilities Criteria and relevant Air Force instructions, strong communication skills, U.S. naturalized citizenship, and the ability to pass a governmental background check.
