The Project Manager coordinates customer-facing regulatory product update initiatives from planning through completion, serving as the primary communication and coordination point among internal regulatory and product teams, sales representatives, and customers. The role develops communication plans, tracks customer readiness and implementation, monitors project progress and risks, escalates issues, and prepares status reports and customer-facing documentation. It requires a bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency; preferred qualifications include PMI certification and regulatory or healthcare experience. The position offers a base salary of $57,400–$98,350 USD and is eligible for a bonus, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
