Boon Edam is seeking an Inside Sales/Project Coordinator to manage sales projects from order booking through completion, coordinate installation, service, maintenance, and warranty activities, and provide technical information to customers and internal stakeholders. The role includes project scheduling, backlog forecasting, documentation, customer communication, and coordination with internal departments. An associate degree plus three years of relevant experience is required, while a bachelor’s degree, construction experience, CRM experience, Microsoft Office 365 experience, and Spanish fluency are preferred or advantageous.
