ZETA USA Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Developer in Raleigh to develop technical concepts, process solutions, and engineering deliverables for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences projects during early project phases. The role translates client and user requirements into project concepts, technical scopes, and proposal-ready engineering packages; supports feasibility, conceptual design, basic engineering, and front-end engineering design; coordinates with multidisciplinary engineering and delivery teams; and provides technical support to sales and marketing during customer discussions. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering discipline and at least five years of relevant engineering or project execution experience, with a hybrid schedule of three office days and two remote days.
