Description
The Project Director leads multi-year, large-scale CAPEX projects for Roche’s pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including project initiation through design, construction, and commissioning. The role manages project scope, cost, schedule, quality, compliance, and financial goals; builds and leads cross-functional project teams; and serves as a primary consultant to senior management. It requires extensive travel, potential temporary relocation, and a minimum of 15 years of biotech or pharmaceutical project management experience, with a base salary of $155,400 to $288,600 in North Carolina and possible discretionary annual bonus.
