Description
The Project Manager will own delivery and execution across a high volume of concurrent projects, including business process improvement, operational and organizational projects, strategic growth initiatives, cross-functional programs, and company-wide initiatives. The role leads cross-functional teams, manages timelines, scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, resources, and capacity, communicates with senior stakeholders, removes blockers, and escalates projects that go off track. It is an onsite position at the company’s Pewaukee, Wisconsin headquarters and requires 5–10+ years of project management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, fast-paced environments.
