Capio Group is hiring a full-time Project Manager in Sacramento to lead a large-scale information technology modernization initiative replacing a legacy PowerBuilder and Oracle system. The role manages resources, risks, scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, stakeholders, and project performance across planning, development, testing, integration, data migration, implementation, training, stabilization, maintenance, and operational support. The project uses a hybrid Agile approach and requires substantial IT software development project management experience, qualifying software solution implementation experience, and an active globally recognized project management or Agile certification.
