The role leads multi-disciplinary, multi-site technology transfer projects and programs, including planning, governance, stakeholder communication, budgets, risk management, reporting, and delivery of design changes and supplier qualification processes in a medical device or diagnostics regulatory environment. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related operations experience or a master’s degree with 8+ years, plus 5–10 years leading medium- to large-scale technology transfer projects requiring ISO 13485 and global compliance. The position requires 10–15% travel and proficiency with tools such as Power BI, Smartsheet, Miro, Excel, and project management software.
