LS3P is hiring a Project Manager for its Senior Living team in the Raleigh office. The role manages active architectural production projects from client relationships and contract negotiations through budgeting, scheduling, design assignments, document coordination, quality assurance, and project closeout. The position requires a registered architect with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture, technical production skills, and Revit proficiency; senior living experience and LEED accreditation are preferred.
