Arcadis is hiring a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the mechanical discipline on concurrent federal-design projects through pursuit, proposal, design, and construction phases. The role includes leading design teams, mentoring junior staff, coordinating with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients, developing budgets and project plans, and serving as Engineer of Record. Responsibilities cover HVAC design, sustainable solutions, IFC design packages, industry standards, building codes, and travel to project sites. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a mechanical engineering degree, 8–10+ years of consulting and facility-design experience, federal project experience, and U.S. professional engineering licensure.
