Description

Planate Management Group (PMG) is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join their team. The coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), and support interview preparation and presentations. This role involves managing the full proposal lifecycle, ensuring compliance, and assisting with various aspects of proposal creation and submission.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 1–3 years of experience in proposal coordination, proposal writing, or technical writing.
Experience preparing responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, EOIs, Sources Sought (SS), and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), preferably within the A/E industry.
Preferred Qualifications: Strong proposal writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, compliant deliverables.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, and Adobe applications.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with government contracting processes is an advantage.
