Description
The American Sign Language Instructor provides classroom and online instruction for ASL courses, prepares lesson plans and supplemental materials, assesses and grades student performance, maintains records, and participates in curriculum development and institutional activities. The role requires a master's degree and 18 hours of American Sign Language or Interpreter Education training, along with experience in ASL or Interpreter Education academic programs.
