Description
The Receptionist screens customer calls, routes clients, explains Supervised Visitation and Self-Represented Litigant registration, assists with paperwork and applications, maintains the reception area, handles cancellations and visitation-service calls, enters case events and reports into Automon, closes administrative cases, and sends VOCA grant surveys. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of customer service, secretarial, or receptionist experience, bilingual English and Spanish, strong communication and filing skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency. It is a regular full-time position Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., paying $22.78 per hour plus benefits.
