Description
Aurelian is hiring a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to source candidates across engineering, sales, marketing, design, product, and operations roles. The role involves building top-of-funnel pipelines, using sourcing tools and creative channels, creating personalized outreach, and partnering with the Head of Talent to calibrate profiles and align pipelines. Candidates should have 1–4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, experience with both technical and non-technical roles, familiarity with Ashby, and the ability to work in a fast-moving, loosely structured environment.
