Asset Living is hiring a Regional Manager, Affordable Housing to oversee the operations of an affordable-housing community portfolio. The offsite leader will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial performance, administration, risk, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and capital improvements, while supervising on-site staff and properties. The role requires affordable-housing and LIHTC experience, prior regional-manager experience, basic computer and fair-housing knowledge, and 25–50% annual travel.
