Flowspace is hiring a Regional Manager to oversee the operational performance of warehouse partners across an assigned logistics region. The role is field-based and requires significant on-site presence at warehouse partners, along with regional travel, to manage relationships, resolve escalations, audit operations, improve fulfillment workflows, support merchant onboarding, and drive performance improvements. Candidates need at least five years of logistics, B2C fulfillment, warehousing, supply chain, or related operational experience, with warehouse or partner-management experience preferred. The role is based in or near the Tri-State Area, Chicago, Texas, or Atlanta, with a base salary of $80,000–$100,000 per year and medical, vision, dental, and life insurance benefits.
