Dr. Spang is hiring a Regional Office Manager focused on geotechnics and engineering geology for its Freiberg branch office. The role manages and develops the branch office, handles client management and acquisition, supervises employees, plans capacity, prepares proposals, ensures technical quality, manages large projects, and oversees invoicing and billing. Candidates need a civil engineering, engineering geology, or equivalent degree, at least 10 years of geotechnical experience, construction-site experience, leadership and negotiation skills, a Class B driver’s license, and German language skills of at least C1.
